Extra needle cartridges for Microneedling Pen
Sharp needles – the best results every time
Original needle cartridges for the Feevra Microneedling Pen™. Each cartridge has 12 ultra-fine stainless steel needles and comes sterile and individually sealed, so you can open a new cartridge for every treatment.
We recommend using a new cartridge for every treatment. This ensures good hygiene and optimal sharpness, as the needles gradually become blunter with use.
The cartridges are designed for single use, so they should not be cleaned or reused. Throw the cartridge away once your treatment is finished.
If you treat your skin every 2–4 weeks, a pack of 24 cartridges usually lasts about a year.
Microneedling made a huge difference to my own skin, but the clinic was far too expensive. So I developed a pen you can use at home. It is the same pen I still use myself today.
“Good skincare should be accessible to everyone.”
KEEP IT HYGIENIC
Fresh needles = better results
Needles get used up. With a sharp cartridge, the pen glides smoothly and gently over your skin, while blunt needles give poorer results and increase the risk of irritation. Always keep a spare set to hand.

Frequently asked questions
Do the needles fit my pen?
Yes – they fit the Feevra Microneedling Pen.
How often should I change needles?
One needle cartridge = one treatment. Always use a new, unopened cartridge – for hygiene reasons and for the best results. If you treat your skin every two to four weeks, a 24-pack usually lasts more than a year.
How deep can I set the needles?
You set the needle depth on the pen, from 0.25 mm up to 2.5 mm, depending on your skin type and needs.
Can I clean and reuse a needle cartridge?
No. The cartridges are sterile single-use products and must not be cleaned or re-sterilised – both for hygiene reasons and because the needles become blunt after use. Throw the cartridge away straight after your treatment.
Your skin and the pen itself, however, should be disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol before every treatment.
