Delivery times

Processing time: Your order is processed within 1 business day, and orders placed before 12:00 (CET) on weekdays are shipped the same day. During busy periods, processing may take longer – if so, we will let you know about any delays.

Delivery time: We ship with DHL from our warehouse in Sweden. The expected delivery time depends on where you live and the shipping method you choose. You can normally expect to receive your order within 1–2 business days after it has shipped.

Shipping options: You can choose between DHL Service Point and DHL Home delivery. Shipping to a service point is free on orders from €55, otherwise it costs €4.95. Home delivery costs €5.95.

Delayed deliveries: We do our best to deliver your order on time, but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes delay delivery. If your delivery is delayed, we will contact you and let you know the new delivery date.
