Website chat
When you write in the chat on our website, we process your messages and any details you give us (such as your email address and order number) so that we can help you. Replies are written by an AI assistant (Anthropic) or by our staff. If you have left the chat by the time we reply, we send the reply to your email from info@feevra.dk. The conversation is stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and deleted automatically after 30 days. Data may be processed outside the EU; where this happens, it is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not use the chat for marketing.
